Yes, and the connection is read-only. PrimeBites can see transactions; it cannot move money, make payments, or change anything in your account. 
We use Plaid to make the connection — the same service used by thousands of the world’s largest and smallest financial institutions.

No. The bank connection is read-only, full stop. Bill pay is something we may add later, and if we  do, it will be something you explicitly turn on.
