Primebites is a business application for restaurants. It is not intended for personal, family, household, or children’s use. If you use Primebites on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to provide information to us and authorize us to process it for that business.

Information We Collect

We collect information in connection with Primebites, including:

• Account information, such as names, email addresses, business information, user credentials, and support communications;
• Restaurant business information submitted through Primebites, including invoices, vendor information, point-of-sale data, food cost information, uploaded files, and related records;
• Billing and subscription information, including payment card information;
• Information from third-party services you choose to connect to Primebites; and
• Usage, device, and technical information, such as IP address, device information, log data, and application activity.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Provide, operate, maintain, secure, and support Primebites;
• Process and analyze restaurant business information;
• Manage accounts, subscriptions, payments, and billing;
• Connect and synchronize authorized third-party services;
• Improve Primebites and develop new features and services;
• Detect fraud, misuse, security incidents, and legal risks; and
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We may also create and use aggregated or de-identified information for analytics, benchmarking, reporting, product development, and artificial intelligence and machine learning development. Aggregated and de-identified information does not identify you, your business, or any individual.

How We Share Information

We may share information:

• With your business’s authorized users and administrators;
• With service providers that help us operate Primebites;
• With payment processors, app stores, and billing providers;
• With third-party services you authorize us to connect to;
• To comply with law, protect rights and security, or enforce our agreements; and
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

We do not sell personal information or restaurant business information submitted through Primebites.

Retention and Security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Primebites, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, prevent fraud, and enforce our agreements.

Following cancellation or termination, we may delete information after a reasonable retention period. You are responsible for exporting any information you wish to retain before your subscription ends.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your Choices

You may update certain account information through Primebites. You may also contact us regarding access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law and our legitimate business needs.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date.
